To ensure transition success and improvement in sales performance, we run a structured 3-month pilot program which allows us to optimise the solution for your particular requirements with a group of your employees.
We have on-boarded hundreds of enterprise teams over the past few years, each have unique challenges like distributed teams, cultural nuances and branding needs.
Success is defined by your key business metrics.
1. Pilot Phase
During the pilot phase, our team will work with you on a dedicated communications plan, training material and a pilot guide. Speak to our Enterprise team to learn about the approach that would suit your organization best.
2. Company Roll-Out
Once your 3-month pilot is complete, it is time to assess your team’s response and success metrics. During this period, our team will work with you to improve how your team uses the cards and once you're ready, roll it out to the rest of your company. Don't worry, our Customer Success Team is available Monday-Friday across all time zones.
3. Track & Optimize
We have worked with 1000s of companies to upgrade them to digital cards and the human habit of reaching for paper cards is deeply ingrained. There is an adjustment period but your team will soon be able to track and optimize their digital cards and begin to reap the benefits.

Haystack takes your privacy seriously. Your Haystack card can only be seen by you and the people you have shared your card with. You can view our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions or Security for more information. Haystack will never sell or share your data - your details are only shared when you explicitly share them.
Haystack is SOC2 Type 2 compliant. This means regular 3rd party audits, penetration testing, all communications between the Haystack app, our servers and on our internal infrastructure are secured over SSL (i.e. HTTPS). Our SSL certificate was issued by DigiCert, uses signature algorithm SHA256 and is signed with an RSA 2048 bits key. Our security team constantly monitors for security issues and endeavour to patch our infrastructure quickly in all cases. Haystack is rated with an ‘A’ security grade by Qualys.
