Who is Haystack for?

If you need a business card, Haystack is for you. No matter how big or small your company is, we have a solution to suit everyone.

Haystack can replace your need for traditional paper cards. Going digital means improving the way you manage your contacts, aggregating your personal details and links onto one page, and reducing your environmental footprint. 

It is also safer to share a contact-free business card with your clients in the new world of post COVID19.

Will I still need paper cards?

It’s totally up to you. We’ve designed Haystack so you don’t need paper cards. 

Our goal is to create a safer way to share your details. Most of our users report that after sharing their card three times, they don’t feel the need to use paper cards again.

How secure is my data?

We take security very seriously. That’s why we are using top notch servers, protocols and industry best practices. Click here for more technical details or feel free to contact us directly if you have a specific question.

We don’t spam you or your contacts, and we don’t sell data to third parties. While other platforms use advertising to generate revenue, Haystack does not. Your contacts are exactly that: Your contacts.


How it works

Does the other person need to have the Haystack app?

No. You can share your Haystack card with anyone - even if they don’t have the app. Your card has a QR code and unique URL which can be shared at anytime, anywhere - and saved directly into the phone contacts of the person you're connecting with.

How do I share my card?

Once you’ve downloaded the app and created your card, you can share it with others via a QR code or unique URL. We’ve got a breakdown of how Haystack works in action on our How It Works page.

How do I get started?

Features

Can I create multiple digital cards?

You sure can. You can create as many cards as you’d like, and manage them separately. 

On the free version you can create one card for every email address you have. If you want to make multiple cards for the same email address, you can do so on our Haystack Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.

How do the email signatures work?

Our email signatures are generated through the Admin Dashboard. They reflect the same design and content as your digital card, but in the format of an email signature. They are a great way to create consistency across your team’s email signatures - plus they link through to your team’s individual digital cards.

Can I create cards in more than one language?

Yes, you can create multiple digital cards in multiple languages so you can share your card with clients in their native language.

The Haystack app can also scan cards in more than 25 languages.

 

Account & Billing

What’s the difference between free and paid accounts?

The free account has everything an individual would need in their digital card.

With our paid accounts (Pro, Business and Enterprise) you have access to further customization, more features, templates, employee permissions, email signatures, integrations, analytics and much more via the Admin Dashboard.

Are CRM integrations included in the Business and Enterprise packages?

Yes. You can integrate CRM platforms like Salesforce, MS Dynamics and Hubspot (and hundreds more). You can also use Zapier to connect your Haystack to your marketing automation tools and other business apps.

Are there any hidden fees?

Not at all. If you choose the free plan - it’s free forever. If you choose the Pro, Business or Enterprise plans you can cancel anytime. Click here to learn more about our pricing plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

For most accounts, we accept all major credit cards. For larger accounts, and on select annual plans we also accept electronic funds transfers on invoice terms in multiple currencies. Contact us to find out more.
