b) Open the email account you’d like to add the email signature for
c) Click the ‘cog’ button (top right of the screen) and click on the ‘Signature’ section
d) Click ‘Add a new signature’ and give the signature a name
e) Click on the ‘Insert HTML’ button
f) ‘Paste’ the signature inside the white signature box (press Ctrl+V in Windows or Command ⌘+V on Mac inside the white box)
f) Click ‘OK’ to save the signature
g) Hover over your new signature, click on the ‘plus’ button that appears in the bottom left corner of your new signature, and ‘tick’ the email account you want to apply it to
Your signature is now installed!
